Kent RO — Not giving proper services instead of amc | |||||
Sir, I am really fed up of the kent RO company. I am having problem with my purifier since 22nd may. Firstly i called the local kent dealer with whom my AMC is registered to fix the issue. First of all they didnt attended me for three days. Then i called in the company on their toll free no. after which the visit was made by the same dealer whom i called earlier to fix the issue. He said that the UV chamber is not working fine and need to be replaced. And said me that he will bring the UV chamber and replace it under the AMC. Then he didnt attended me for 4 days then i again called in the company after which the visit was made by the same person mr.tejakaran again. I said him that why you didnt bring the UV light and chamber and he didnt answer me. Instead he showed in the company that my complaint is resolved. But no complaint was resolved by that time. I was suffering from water crisis and suffering till date. He said he will bring the UV chamber that day also. But didnt bring till today. Today i again made a call in the company and another engineer attended me mr. Sunil singh and said the same words to replace the UV chamber and added that the choke also need to be changed. Sir i want to ask one thing that is all this happening to me because i hv bought the AMC that the parts will not be charged so they are ignoring me. I want you to make strict actions against the company and the dealer. 1st complaint - telephonically to krish enterprises. (22.05.2016) 2nd complaint - complaint registered to helpline when not attended and still not resolved (26.05.2016) 3rd complaint - complaint got reopened telephonically to [protected] (28.05.2016) 4th complaint - registered complaint again to [protected] and technician came and told the same story again (02.06.2016) Was this information helpful? | |||||
