[Resolved] Kent RO — Not paying attention to customer complaints

I have a Kent Gravity filter which almost stopped working for which I raised complaint on 13Nov20 and was given assurance of resolving in 48 hrs. On 15Nov20 I got a system generated call asking for feedback on service which I didn't get. On 15Nov20 I spoke again to customer care and another ticket was raised which again got closed without resolving it. Spoke to many people escalation team, ASM and finally with technician then was told that technician will visit at 10am but again same thing happened. Then told me that will now visit at 4 pm but nothing happened and again told that visit was scheduled at 10am. Finally it got resolved but had to go through so much pain and frustration to get it done. Have sent email to multiple people including Mahesh Gupta chairman asking to understand the root cause of it but didn't get any response yet except sorry.
