[Resolved] Kent RO — Not providing service and marking themself as excellent service | |||
Registered first service request on 6th of aug and received one call, said to visit one specific time as we are working. But no one turned up. Rather calling on their own time. I kept calling (More than 10 times) customer care and registered my complaint... So on 20th one person named shiva came but he did not even had any tool which is required to have and i even doubt if visited person is from kent technician or not because i received another call asking for what is the issue.. Which is security issue as well... Since the person who came did not have any tools, said he would come next day morning but no one turned up.in between i get message saying issue has been resolved and service is excellent which is suppose to give by me but it's updated by technician itself and if i complaint to customer care no action has been taken. I have been requesting costumer care everyday but no proper action has been taken and i can only see complete negligence over here.. Kent customer care doe not even track the complaint if issue has been resolved or not. If i get a chance to rate the service it would be in negative say -10... Worst expericnce ever had.. I never recommend anyone to kent product as service and customer care is very very poor/worst. Was this information helpful? | |||
