To whomsoever it may concern,
I had purchased a Kent Peal 3 years back (KR-[protected]) which was working just fine with routine servicing. Few months back our machine abruptly stopped working due to which we had an updated service request. The technician visited us and solved the problem for which we were charged 4K. The problem wasn't fully solved though but when we updated a request again, the technician called back and told it was normal. We believed him and overlooked it.
Few days back our machine again stopped working. We updated a request for service and a new technician visited after a few days. He checked the machine and told us that the old technician did not fit the parts properly. That is why the machine is now completely ruined. He even recorded and cicked pictures so that we can have proof of our complaint. To fix the machine we are now being asked to pay 6K.
Is this how your well reputed company robs their customers in broad daylight? You people are sending people to ruin our machines rather than fixing it and charging us for the same? If my problem doesn't get solved I will discontinue using the machine and I will make sure that I ask all the people I know to do the same.
Find the pictures and recordings that the technician has taken attached along with this mail.
