[Resolved] Kent RO — pathetic service for a new product

I bought kent excel+ unit in sep-2018, there was issue with the storage tank from the day it was installed. I have till now raised many service requests and after having so many representatives visit they finally figured out that that storage tank has to be replaced. To my irony these guys are now saying the storage tank is not in warranty, can you believe that. Nowhere in the manual it says that the storage tank is not covered in warranty. Also it had issues from the day it was installed, so basically i received a defective piece. Nothing short of a horrible product and a pathetic service.

Updated by Babu J I have already sent multiple emails (from [protected]@yahoo.com) to [protected]@kent.co.in and to [protected]@kent.co.in, no reply from you all to my emails. I have been trying to get in touch with your Area Service Manager and his phone is switched off from last week. I have emailed my phone no. and the Invoice copy as well, but that did not help. All my service requests get cancelled as it is done by your service representatives. I really did made a big mistake of buying this product from you. It has been not usable from the day it was installed and the distributor from whom I bought (Pearl Infotech) washed off their hands saying it is not their problem anymore and I should directly get in touch with Kent.
