[Resolved] Kent RO — Poor customer service for kent water purifier | |||||
Dear sir/madam I ve purchased new kent water purifier from flipkart. My installation for new kent maxx water purifier was scheduled on 18 july, monday nd got text with technician's number. I called him nd asked to come in the evening. After installation the technician (Shyam) told me that part of power supply is faulty as most of the products which u buy online are faulty. As he don't have that part with him, he will come in the next morning with new part as it comes under warranty. Also taken installation card nd my signature as installation is completed. Next morning i called him nd he told me that he will come in the evening.In evening at 5 i called him and he told that he will come after some time. At 6.45 i called him nd he told me that as it is late he will come next morning. I again called him at 7 and asked him to come immediately as at next morning i won't be available at home. He asked me to speak with his manager nd his manager (Manoj) tried to skip my request nd told me that particular part is not available right now but it will available in the morning. When i forced him to come immediately, the technician came at my place at 7.35 nd replaced the part. After long long exercise he managed to turn it on nd left within 2 minutes. After some time i realised that water is not Flowing once the tank gets full nd emptied the bucket. I've tried some techniques nd came to know that the lever of overflow gets stuck once the tank is full but need to manually pull down the lever of automatic overflow gear. I again called the technician nd he confirmed that it might get block due to air blockage nd repeat this process 2 to 3 times. Ive tried for 10 time but the fault has not been rectified. On tuesday night he confirmed that he will come next morning with new part. On wednesday morning i called him nd he told me that as there were lots of calls issued to him, he won't be able to come today but he will come directly on next morning nd don't need to call him. On thursday 21 july i called him at 12, he told me to call your call centre number nd log a new complaint for faulty part. I got frustrated after hearing this but he just disconnected my call. I called customer care to replace my water purifier nd they told me that it will be chargeable service of rs 300. I again called thrice to cancel my request for uninstall nd put new request for service to replace faulty part but as of now it's not been done. I m not able to request anything from ur so called online kent app. Its giving an error everytime. I'm really fed up o[censored]r services within just a week time after receiving delivery o[censored]r faulty device. I will definitely forward this mail to consumer forum nd will put my reviews nd experience in flipkart so that future customers won't buy kent products.
