I have purchased on RO from Kent, during it guarantee period I had to do lot of complaints which are in the record of the company. The complaints were handled by the company. I had requested to the company that since, the equipment is not working properly, the same may please be replaced. No response from any one from the company. I would request the Forum to please advise the company to see this and consider my complaint. The equipment's guarantee/warranty has been expired now and I have to spend money for each and every time I ask the company for repair.
