Today one more technician visited to see my sick ro ace and tried replacing the faulty pump. Soon after replacing the pump he declared that in fact that the ro membrane has ruptured causing back pressure to damage the pump. Now he proposes to change membrane and water pump both. My question is how can so many problems crop up in a year old product despite regular service and maintenance? It is quite evident that either quality of the product is inferior or sabotage is being caused by the maintenance crew. This is shear fraud. You want your customers to spend 50% of the overall cost of the product within three months after completing an year?
I request you to take appropriate steps and provide us justice or please tell us where exactly to discard this piece of joke.
