I have purchased kent max (Kr[protected]) on 23.12.17 supply with municipal water. Now it's muddy in water. I came for contact customer care for changing filter. Service man told pay for filter. I refused. Why i pay. First filter they want change free of cost. I have also check water purity of system water and muncipal water. I found same both. I confused i have purchased rs 7500 for this system. Then why it's purchased. Why hemamali ad this type of cheating product. No guarantee no use.
