[Resolved] Kent RO — poor service & found improper working kent Ro | |||
sir, we had purchased Kent RO device dated 9/06/2014, after 2 months we put a additional system for water purifying ( Rs-1000/-), Next day it gives leakage, immediately we informed to service center, but no response, after several call he come & rectified, last one month we are facing problem, it is in brake down condition in between one day service man made repair and replace the some coil and take money (Rs 250 /-), after next day again it is same in brake down condition, there fore we are requested kindly properly rectified or replace new one, provide proper Sr.service person arrange with in two days from received phone call from customer.
