[Resolved]  Kent RO — Poor service by Kent service engineer

Without checking the root cause, mechanic is just bent upon changing the motor. Without checking anything, just by visualisation, he told that motor is short circuit. So, needs to be changed. Couldn't justify and prove how motor is short circuit.

Also, warranty is only 3 months, so after every 3 months, customer will be paying 2400 rs.?

This is just equal to looting.

Basically, Kent is cheating and looting the customers in the name of warranty.
