Same case with me. On 29th July I called the service centre to get the RO serviced. The technician who came and checked said that the RO was working fine, the purity of water was fine. Still he said that the recommended time period of replacing the filter is 12 months. We got the filters replaced for 2800Rs. After replacing he said everything was working fine. Right after he left in 15 mins the RO started leaking. We filed a complaint with case number [protected]. Technician came today 31st July at 6:00pm. First he asked us if we had AMC, after that he said membrane is broken. And said he will charge 6000Rs for it. He was laughing and mocking us. He even told that replacing other filters has caused the membrane filter to fail; and everything or nothing should have been replaced. But it was earlier technician who said that membrane filter is not to be replaced but recommended replacing other 4 filters. I think it is all random and some money minting scheme of Kent. We called up the Dynamic RO service and told that the technician is making fool o[censored]s. They didn't respond and said are busy and will call later. Nothing has happened and proper functioning is broken because we went for regular servicing
