[Resolved] Kent Ro Prime — Brand new customer - reg. Customer # [protected] | |||||
Hi there, I Can't tell you my frustration today how i went through since 11 am and its more than 8 hrs. but no resolution from kent ro so far. Purchased a brand new kent ro prime and one of the technician installed the machine and after 10 minutes it stopped working. called customer service, area sales manager, sr. manager and no body resolved my issue so far while had a complete frustrating moment and was completely shocked to see this kind of customer service. LODGED A COMPLAIN AGAIN SINCE "NEW MACHINE KENT PRIME IS NOT WORKING AT ALL" AFTER 10 MINUTES. SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY NEVER EVER GAVE ME A COMPLAIN #, SPOKE TO HATIF @ [protected] AND HE TRANSFERRED ME TO MR. PAL SINGH @ [protected] - NOW, MR. SINGH AGAIN REFERRED ME TO MR. HATIF. SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN - PATHETIC CUSTOMER REP - NO RESPONSE. NOW, I PURCHASED A NEW KENT RO PRIME (RO+UF+UV+TDS CONTROLLER) - MACHINE STOPPED WORKING AND HAVE BEEN CALLING PEOPLE TO FIX THESE - DID WAIT FOR MORE THAN 4 HRS. NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE - MOREOVER, HATIF AND MR. SINGH GAVE THE WRONG INFO - THEY HARDLY PICK UP THEIR CELL PHONE. I'M SORRY TO SAY THIS - BUT THESE People HAVE SOME RESPONSIBILITY OR, NOT? THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER? I'M SURPRISED TO SEE THIS WORST SERVICE - NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED IN THE PAST FROM OTHER PROVIDERS. I'M A BRAND NEW CUSTOMER OF KENT PRIME - AND MACHINE WAS INSTALLED TODAY AND STOPPED WORKING AFTER 10 MINUTES - CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE REPLACE THE MACHINE? I ALSO NEED A ORIGINAL KENT PRE FILTER. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME?
