I have bought and installed a kent pride water purifier on 26/07/2018 vide memo no. M/18/1393 dt 25/07/18. At the time of installation it was found working. The agent of the company left in the afternoon after fitting the filter. I have collected 8 lit. Water as per tank capacity. After 6 hours i have tried to collect water switching on the plug, the machine was dead, not functioning.in the morning i have informed the matter to the agent. The next day on 28/07/18 when i was not at home the company personnel arrived and removed a parts (Power supply). Till date no measures have been taken from the company. I have dialed a number as sent by the company, but no proper co-operation has been noticed. Is this reliable? What is the value of advertisement? If i have to spent an amount more that rs.15500.00 for 6 hours o[censored]se, can i believe this service? Please inform.
