I have purchased kent RO on Aug 2021, which says ZERO water wastage but at the time of installation there was almost half the can water wastage when it was asked the installation team said it will be normal after sometime, i waited 4-5 months since then i am raising concern over calls and tweets because i am not able to raise in there app as the ticket is not closed by local retailer.
Before completion of year a technician comes and reopens a ticket and says i need to check further TDS levels of water and why wastage of water i will get back to you and he went away.
After completion of a year KENT RO sends a person reopening same ticket and the technician says i need to pay Rs. 3500 for replacing RO Chamber, i dont get this the ticket is open since installation even after so many calls and tweets now the person comes and says now its out of warranty so i need to pay .
Please i need some help here even i am ready to file a Case against KENT RO if required not only with me many people tweeting on my thread on tweeter.
