Kent RO — refusal to install Kent RO by company representative | |
Sir,
I have bought your product Kent RO today. when I contacted your company representative Mr Parween Mb no [protected] for installing the product he is insisting for an item as pre filter installation which is going to cost me more than Rs1000 extra. He has refused to install the RO without said item. Ifi it is must to install a pre filter then why the same is not a standard part of the appliance.
I further state that water supply in my area is reasonably clean which we are using it directly from the tap for driking.
if I have to use an additioal filter before your appliance then what is the justification of buying your so costly product?
finally I expect that company will keep its promise of customer satisfaction in the absense of which i will be forced to knock the door of consumer court .
