[Resolved] Kent RO — reg extra charges taken though having warranty of 1 year | |||
This is really pathetic to waste time on such poor customer service of kent. The auro purifier had stopped working some days ago. The person came and changed the us membrane and charged rs 600 (My mother in law was unaware of the warranty). When called the customer service about the return as the us membrane has 1 year warranty, the area manager lady talked so badly and refused to return the charges. Further she added that the warranty will anyways be expiring in next month. What kind of service is this. I ll recommend all the buyers that do not go for kent in any case.
