[Resolved] Kent RO — reg :poor service of kent | |||
Replaced the kent ro motorised pump unit and paid rs 3750 including the service charges. After fixing the repair there is immediate leakage from the filter unit. The issue occurred after fixing the pump and the customer care as well as the service person were informed of the same. However it is still not attended. I don’t intend to pay any service charges again for same day failure after replacement of the pump. And the service guy sent through kent customer service mr ganapati sahu instead of getting things fixing is insisting for getting a ro of livepure make.
