I have purchased a ro machine from csd in shillong on[protected] and thereby i contacted customer care for its installation. It was assigned to engineer of b l electrical, shillong on[protected]
next day said engineer contacted me and refused to install, misbehaved and spoke arrogantly.
After this, i briefed happenings to customer care and they assured me that it will be assigned to some other technician and i suggested name of electronic solution, bishnupur, shillong-793004 which is under kent authorization.
But sir sorry to say that this was never assigned to electronic solution, bishnupur, shillong-793004 .Always it is assigned to b l electrical, shillong.
Till today i have made 8 times request and complain to customer care but it is not solved and hence i am compelled to write here.
Here i would like to ask to kent why i am being harrashed by you?
i would like to request you lastly to solve my issue at the earliest and pay the compensation for being delay in service resulting loss of time in complaining and contacting customer care Was this information helpful? |
