[Resolved] Kent RO — replacement of faulty membrane. | |||
We lodged a complaint on 21.09.18 on customer care (Kent RO) Your engineer came on 24.09.18 & found that membrane is faulty. He said that replacement will be made on chargeable basis, however the last membrane had been changed on 27.06.18 i.e. in less than three months your membrane has choked. I called customer care ( Nidhi ) & discuss with area manager (tarun) to provide free of cost replacement. Unfortunately both of them refuses to replace it (giving reason of over consumtion), I asked them can you prove it, then instead of resolving the issue the guy was behaving rudely, you can check through recording. We have AMC at regular intervals of time. I request the authorities to replace it ASAP, otherwise I have to take action over & above. Ashwani [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
