[Resolved] Kent RO — request for change of tank | |
My kent ro was installed on 18/06/2017 and on 17/06/2018 i noticed that the hooks of ro was broken and system was fall down then i made a complaint no.[protected] on 17/06/2018. On 22.06.2018 your service engineer visited my house and replaced the tank. Again on 26.03.2019 ro system hook was broken and fall down. I complaint this matter to your customer care vide complaint no.[protected] and service engineer visited my house on 27.03.2019 and he asked me to pay rs.1750/-for change of tank. I could not understand that how the systems is being manufactured that within 21 month hooks of ro systems has been broken twice. In view of above i request you to depute your service engineer to attend the complaint and repair/replace the tank free of cost at the earliest. Thaking you Yours faithfully N. D. Till date no one has visited to attend the complaint and as such I am feeling harassed. I again request you to depute your service engineer to repair/replace the water tank of RO system immediately.
