Hi,
It's an extent of ignorance I ever found with Kent . I was very delighted kent customer but a technician visited few days back to fix the TDs issue that he corrected but due to his negligence and he had not correctly mount ro in back hook. Yesterday whole RO fall in pot sync and damage several pots. Fortunately no one was around kitchen so we are safe.
I just wondering to understand who will responsible for this whereas it's happened because of carelessness of technician.
