[Resolved] Kent RO — RO is not working properly | |||
I am using Kent RO since 11 month, I was happy with the purified quality of drinking water but from the last few days, we are observing the quality of water is poor i.e. taste less. I registered complaint at customer care, Service Engineer visited at home and did service of RO but taste of water didn't change, means still taste is bad. Service Engineer was saying that it needs to change the some of filter that make it good taste. Though all the filters and Memorine were changed Nov-16, so how it soon went to faulty again. it means the Service Engineer who had changed all these items last time, that items may be duplicate. so, would request to consider this complaint on urgent basis and resolve the problem.
