RO is not working properly since 20th Aug 2014, sensor is malfunctioning due to which tank is not filling up even when it is empty.the problem started since power supply unit was changed. Earlier the moment water is taken out from the tank sensor activated & tank started filling up & when tank get filled up sensor cut off but it is not so now. after complaining again & again no one has visited, they only promise to come & we are keep on waiting. We are boiling the water since last 03 days then what is the use of having RO.this is the worst service I had ever faced which hamper the reputation of your company as well.
Therefore, we request you to kindly do the needful at your end & send the expert service engineer to resolve the problem.
