KENT RO..CUSTOMER ID NO: 0282428 I regret to inform you I have purchased a RO on 12th November, 2013 and from 14th November, 2013 it started giving troubles.. Complaints again ON 22nd Nov, 2013, 4th February, 2014, 12th June, 2014 and 10 July 2014 and so on... The equipment is not working properly.. need intervention and replacement of the equipment The Guarantee is going to expire on 12th November, 2014...
