[Resolved] Kent RO — Sediment filter damage within 10 months | |
I had purchased Kent RO 10 months back. And we are already facing a lot of issues in 10 months. Right now, the sedimentary filter is not working. The product is still under warranty but I am still asked to pay around 1000 Rs. Since the day I have purchased your product, I am experiencing a lot of problems and spending a lot of money on it. When i contacted the customer care, they are not ready to listen and only talking about the company policy. Request you to look into this.
