Dear, I am Abhijeet deshmukh, I purchase your RO unit. But after 1 year we got a problem as the unit was not working. Then we call to your service executive he came and ask us " the pump is not working need to change the, we ask about warranty but he said the period of warranty is expired. We said ok we paid the pump amt. To executive. He change my pump. After 3 days again RO machine was not working I compliant again then the executive came and change the pump again, this activity was reputed 6 time. At every call I ask to executive if the same part expired within the 8 or 9 days kindly check why this part expire. Then he s ok we change the computer panel he change and get the amt but not give us the bill. For the same. Then as on date my RO was not working. The pump of RO in warranty still.
