Kent RO — Service delay and engineer denied to visit the place | |||
I purchased kent ro at lauriya, West champaran My mobile number is: [protected] Company has provided free service up to 3 years. I raised a ticket for the service of my RO purifier as it stopped working. A technician was earlier assigned but he denied to go to the site. I asked customer care to assign different technician which they claimed they did But, company technician is still not assigned even after 6 days. I registered my complaint through ivrs /kent app and complaint number is [[protected]] dated 19/05/2021 Because of this kind of wrong publicity and false prompt service promises of company we are facing problems even after the purchase of an essential item. Kindly enquiry this matter of false advertisement for service and resolve my issue as soon as possible. Without the service, RO is not working and people there are not getting drinking water.
