[Resolved] Kent RO — service engineer changed used membrane & inline filter.

As per above written subject service engineer replace used membrane & in line filter as a result water leakage from membrane elbow after 28 days of service, please resister my complain & resolve it as soon as possible, we can not aspect a service engineer of brand like kent to do as unethical activity.
