Pl be informed that my request no,[protected] which was given on the 7th of this month is still not been attended to by any of your service personal, Im really at a loss of words as to why the delay in attending to a service cpmplaint, Is this why your company advirtise your products and take your customers for a ride after the product is sold Im really disgusted for having made such a big mistake in buying your product.
