Kent RO — service not availed by dealer

Model- Kent Grand, Product no- KR[protected] Date of purchase- 15/11/2013 Dealer from purchase- BANALATA ENTERPRISE AT- CONTAI, East Midnapore, Ph No- [protected]. Name of purchaser- JHUMPA BERA, AT- Sherpur Bamunbarh, PO- Contai, Dist- East Midnapore. Ph no- [protected]. Complaint details:- For long time about two months machine isn't working, many times I complaint the above dealer and after long time they inspected and they said SMPS of the said machine is is in problem and it is to be replaced, The machine is under warranty period but they don't give any service regarding this and machine is till now not working and i face problem. Please solve regarding this.
