I had called [protected] for Kent service on Fri March 25th. There was a sound in the system. The guy [protected] came at around 4.30. He took a Kent motor from his bag and also one more part SVC (not sure) and replaced it. Spent 2 hrs calling someone to fix it. He took 3500 Rs.
I assumed that it got fixed. Unfortunately, the problem got worse. The original problem was not fixed and to top it there was a leak, the area was flooded and I had to completely shut down the water to the system.
I immediately called him when I heard the sound on Fri and told him that it's not fixed. He said he will come on Sat.
I would have made atleast 20 calls yesterday and this lady told me not to keep calling and that he will come at 8pm. He didn't show up. I have been calling this 1800 number and she keeps saying that he will come. I don't understand if I am supposed to be sitting at home calling all day to know of he is not coming?
If Kent has these authorised people to service, is this the way it works? You should cancel there authorisation if this is the way it works. I have owned Kent for several years. I am rethinking if I should switch over to some other product. Please help me get my refund. Thanks Was this information helpful? |
