Last September representative from Kent sold me AMC for one years. while giving receipt, I asked him why he is not giving KENT Receipt(in receipt company name was Lucky Enterprises ), he told me that his company having tie up with KENT Ro and this is the only procedure if we have to buy AMC outside Delhi, since he is the same person visited my service calls multiple times I believed that he is a part of KENT, I also spoke to customer service and they said Lucky enterprise is their approved vendor and I can proceed, After few days I found AMC is not reflected in System and raised complaints with Kent why my AMC is not recorded, but they informed it won’t be recorded but it is how it works.
Last month they send me a service person but that guy is from a different enterprise and he refused to consider my AMC and asked me to raise service call again informing Kent that i have AMC with Lucky enterprise, he also said Lucky enterprise seems not attending any call and a fraudulent company cheating many in OMR and he heard similar complains from few more in the same area, I called Kent and informed the same with Representative but representative was saying Lucky enterprise is their approved vendor and they will make them attend my service request, i don’t know what is true anyway. After that in past 2 weeks i raised multiple requests and everytime Kent is taking a service request and closing it after 2 days so i need to raise service request again, how come they don’t have sense in understanding no one will cancel and create requests multiple times, why are they not escalating it to the next level if they can’t close my service call in 48 hours?
