This is regarding a service request that I had placed on 23rd December 2023 for a filter replacement, the product was already out of warranty so I had paid the required amount for the filter and servicing. However, before the servicing the display of my machine was working perfectly which suddenly stopped working after the servicing happened. Till then, the company is taking no responsibility for this poor service and instead claiming addition Rs. 9000 for changing the display.
My device was working completely fine before the servicing and only the filter replacement was pending in the whole process. The organisations had sent poor quality technicians who had no clue how to fix or operate the system, they had to take senior executives on call while they were working. Mr. Nirpan Bhakta is the main technician who came on the first day for servicing and created the main issue.
Currently the company is denying all their responsibility on fixing the issue and my purifier is working worse than usual. The water flow is not there at all and there is no display. This is very shameful for an organisation like Kent who speak so highly about their products and services and just to specify this is their top line model costing Rs. 37500. Why should a customer go for premium products of an organisation where there is no guarantee on the service. Any technician can do any mistake and that has to be taken care of by the customer if the product is out of warranty.
I have been raising tickets repeatedly post this issue and they are closing my tickets from the backend and I am getting sms for the same. Please look into this. I am looking for justice while being a loyal and patient customer who had trusted in a renowned brand in the country.
