Kent RO — Service technician damaged the Kent water purifier

We have logged a service request on 6th August 2014 with Gtech solutions - HSR Layout, Bangalore. They send a person who doesn't even know the basics of troubleshooting. He messed up the whole system and broke the UV tube by dropping it down. Then he put another old tube then told us the inverter card damaged. Being an electronics engineer I told him by basic inspection there is no issue with the card. Still he told he need that to be replaced and the next day he bought another card. Upon installing the same issue continued. Hence he tried fixing back the old one and dropped that card into water kept nearby. Then he wanted to go back. We have tried reaching all numbers of office but no one answered. He left leaving all the removed items as it is and told us someone else is going to come. Still he could not identify the issue and no one turned up. Not picking up our call also. We filed a consumer compliant. Need your immediate attention on this, or else we will be forced to take legal actions. Look forward to hearing back from you.
