I had authorised service of my Kent Maxx filter on 06/03/2021. All filters where changed.
After service we opened filter on 14/04/2021 as there was very little drop by drop water flow from filter. We were shocked to see that small filter was not replaced. We were able to track it as we had made ink mark on all three filters earlier.
