To The service center Kent ro systems ltd. Product sl. No. Kr[protected] This is regarding complain no. - [protected]. This is to inform you that our ro membrane (Part no. Sm5922970) was damaged 3 to 4 days ago. A complain was registered and the person assigned for this came with a Local made product that too just the casing of ro membrane though it is Being told to replace the full membrane as the product is under guarantee. 2 to 3 times the complain has been made but each and every time the same Local made low standard casing is being brought that too not of the appropriate Ize. Even after repeatedly complaining the product being brought is a local made With no part number. We want a genuine kent part. Such low standards of spare parts is not expected from such a reputed company's Ide. I am facing problem from the last 3 to 4 days and now its no more tolerable as Water is a primary need. The local service centre : Time track info Asansol-4, court more. The local service centre incharge sanjay sharma is not ready to listen to the complain And requirements and is persistently sending low standard local made parts. I again stress on this part that we want the complete ro membrane to be replaced and a genuine part.
