I have purchased Kent Grand+ 10 month back,

Machine No : KR[protected]
Model : KENT GRAND + MRO
complaint No :[protected]
[protected]

After 6 month machine started vibration and making noise, I have raised complaint three time. After visit technician answer was
some machine make noise. i have clean machine noise will low down after some time . after 2 month there is same answer from them.

About Service and support one request take time more than 10 to 15 days. I am frustrated with this product, I will advise everyone please don’t use this product.

Customer support is irresponsible about their service .
