I took an amc from kent early this year. One week back, i raised a service request. They said they will send some body. No one came and they cancelled the request. Then again i raise a service request and they said they will send someone. I got an sms with service engineer name and a call from the local authorised partner. But no one came and again they cancelled the request. When i called a third time, kent is saying that
1) they don't have amc and this has nothing to do with them
2) and that i should contact local partner if i want amc to be honored
This is the worst customer service that i have faced and horrible horrible people. When we call, they just put you on hold Was this information helpful? |
