Dear sir,
I had purchased a under the counter advanced ro with kent's patented mineral ro tm technology and an inbuilt tds controller water purifier... From your store in pune, right from the warranty period your staff is supposed to undertake quarterly servicing, but they have just complaint about the under counter product by the company has too much problems,
It has been 3 years since i purchased the water-purifier. And i must have spent equal amount of money on the repair and service of the product, atleast i have more than 20 service requests receipt and a call record of much more than that on your toll-free number for servicing; your own team people who has been coming for service has to say that the under counter machine has a problem and same has been told us and reported so far.
Since the water in my locality has high tds value, but your team denys to get the required drinkable water as per norms, after i have mentioned that before i use to get the tds no that was good to drink, they say when machine is new it happens, now these are very weird answers, now they have been asking me to swap the machine to the regular above counter that will help and server my problem, i
I request you to look into this matter urgently and do the needful.
If there is a genuine problem with the manufacture of this machine i call upon for a exchange / replacement or
