[Resolved] Kent RO — very bad quality service & not attaining timely

I am using kent grand+ filter since 9 years. My filter not working from 26/08/2019 at 6:00 AM. I have called to customar care & booked a complaint. Customer care given request no[protected] . But till now no any service provider attained to solve the problem. My machine is under AMC period.I am suffering too much problem.
