[Resolved] Kent RO — water leakage from uv | |||||
I purchased kent ro water purifier from csd on 09 sep 2018 & product in in under warranty i complaint to kent care on 27 july about the lickage, technician visited and pass the defected part and directly join the pipe and says that it's ok now... Then i ask him about the defected lickage uv part he reply that this part is not available hence it will not be changed. Then i can't share the otp provided by the company for closure of case. Instead of this the case was closed (Cas no - [protected]) once again i registered the case to kent care ([protected]) after 02 days case closed without visit... I reported this to kent care to snr dept mr prafull after all no response.. Then again i registered the case [protected]/ no response till date..
