[Resolved] Kent RO — water purifier not working.

Dear Team, I have purchased Kent Grang+Mireral RO model 1041 dated 14/08/2013. Till the date of purchasing this system was stop working three times, for the first time adopter was burned and replaced by the dealer, second time there was some technical issue and also got resolved but third time the system is stopped working completely as there is only three months passed, Kent dealer send his mechanic to resolved the same. Mechanic is telling there is choke problem ans was unable to start the system. I feel robbed then I told the dealer to replace the same but he refuse to do the same but told if the Kent company is ready then he can replace. Now I request to AKOSHA kindly help me to replace the default product. Thanks & regards Indu Prakash Pathak Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh
