Kent RO — worst service all time

My kent RO go under service every month & each time new service man blame previous one & charges alot each time. Just get tired because of that. Each time they came & change what even dont need to change & charge unusual. Either u solve my problm or i will throw it out & suggest most of person not to use kent RO...

When alarm start beeping it means there is need to change filter but during service first they change alarm system i.e Electronic Ballast then change filter followed by changing every part. What is the need to change alarm if it start beeping...
