Kent — Service of kent is very poor

My ro is not working properly, after lots of follow up to the service center i am getting proper service and response from the kent people. And if they are coming after repeative calls also, without knowing the proplem they are just changing the filter. But the problem is still there, tds controller of water is still fluctuating and and we are not getting proper drinking water.As a result we stopped drinking water from kent and we are buying mineral water from market as my son got ill after drinking kent water. We are using kent for four years but now we are really disappointed with the sevicesand the product
