Kent — Unethical behaviour and irresponsible service engineers

Hi, I shifted my house to new place and raised a service request no[protected] on 25th April 2016 at 10:00 AM to re install my Kent Pearl RO, and also i told them to raise on priority, customer service representative told me that it will be resolved within 24 hours, It is still not re-installed.
It was assigned to a service engineer call Ramu - [protected].
After receiving this message that it is assigned to Ramu, I immediately called him, and to my surprise he is not bothered to receive my call after calling repeatedly a hundred times and also I have not got any call from him.

I again called customer service of Kent yesterday 26th April at 10 AM, they told it will be resolved very soon, and till now i have not got any call from the service engineer RAMU.

I am spending daily 100/- for water from outside. Is this how KENT engineers treat their customers.

I am really hurt.

I dont know whether I should wait or call some local engineer to get it reinstalled. Kindly help and take action against KENT and RAMU.

As per your communication, somebody should have contacted me within 12, its already 3.10, still no calls or updates from ur side.

This shows ur support for ur customer..

Who is that someone who was supposed to contact me, nobody has contacted yet, neither any service engineer nor that someone who you were talking about.

this shows that how worst your support is.
