Kent — Warranty of electrical spares

Today the authorised service provider changed the faulty spares free of cost after my repeated emails but refuse to give 3months warranty on the replaced spares.Should I get any warranty on the replaced spares.If not please send the detailed documents where this term and conditions are mentioned that electrical spares replaced inside warranty period is not eligible for warranty of 90days.
