Our kerala trip from[protected] to[protected] was arranged by kesari. Our departure from mumbai to Kochi on[protected] by "GOAIR"= Ridiculous Airlines was quite good and flight was on time. But our return journey is really worst. Please book airline tickets as per customer's convenience and not by your convenience. Because your convenience is our inconvenience. Your scheduling of last day check out timings of hotels and then airlines were worst which doesn't match anyways our hotels check out was 8 hrs before our plane what the person will do 5 hrs. And the main and important thing which is about your tie up with ridiculous airlines please improve your tie ups with better airline company because our flight was at 8pm which is delayed by 3 hrs I am still on airport and not a proper confirmation about timings of the airlines. Airlines had not clear vision of the reason of delay. We are not foolish to pay the full amount to you. The airlines are not ready to provide any single compensation to any of the customers. Kindly provide good service to customers
