[Resolved]  Kesari Tours — thailand visa amount refund

This email is regarding thailand visa amount refund.

We had booked a thailand tour from 5th feb 2019 - 10th feb 2019

As the visa was on arrival, kesari had informed us about the "visa amount refund" which was 2100/- inr

We had also provided the bank details - but no response.

Its been 11 days we are back from the tour - but the refund isn't credited in our account.

They initiated the refund and I received within a week.
Kesari Tours customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
