I have booked a Amritsar Trip for 10th Nov 2022, its a group tour.. my package included the flight as well. During the booking it was clearly mentioned that 3 senior citizen ( out of which one is 89years) will be on board, however the flight booked was for 4:30am which means we need to reach the airport @2:30am. When questioned Neha and Namita ( Mahim branch) clearly mentioned that they have shared the feedback to the management. is this how you provide client satisfaction.
Further they called my parents and said they need to arrange for COVID certificate, none of the airports are checking the same.. they why hassle us.
